Shipping and Return Policy

Most shipments will go via USPS (POSTAL SERVICE) via priority mail.  THIS is not a guaranteed service by the post office to be there within 2 or 3 days, and we have no control over those deliveries being on time.  Please choose Priority Mail Express for a 1-2 day option if you can not wait. Not all express deliveries are 1 day some take 2 depending on location where you live. The post office doesn’t count weekends as a business day, so if your order is shipping on Friday, please be aware of this weekend rule!  We make our best effort to ship out orders quickly, if it is ordered before 9:30am it will ship the same day! Orders will be shipped out the next day if received in the afternoon and we don’t ship on weekends or holidays. If you can not received post office deliveries, please leave a note with your order and we will ship via FEDEX instead.

Please note that priority mail delivery times greatly vary these days due to various reasons which only the post office can control, we have no control over this, and the post office does not guarantee their 2-3 day delivery window. So we can not guarantee it will indeed be there within 2-3 days. Priority mail express prices may have to be revised based on actual weight of order and shipping destination. (We only have a estimated price and every location is different) Please only choose express if absolutely needed because express charges are so much higher than priority mail. Please note that orders placed on Friday after 9am, or on Saturday won’t ship until Monday.

For our Canadian customers, we ask you to please check the import rates of your province before purchase. Please be aware that duty and import tax may be collected before delivery. Please provide us with your phone number or we may not be able to complete the documentation required for shipping to Canada. Thank you!

Shipments to Australia will be shipped via USPS and shipping is a flat fee based on prior shipments to locations in Australia! The delivery time there is approximately 1 week from order date. We will also need your phone number for the paperwork. Thank you

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of order. Please do not return damaged product, that has been installed and removed again, we can not accept product back in this case. Please send us an email to orders@toekickductor.com, regarding your return, and we will send you a link to print your prepaid return label. Depending on return reason we will determine if the customer is responsible for the return shipping or if it is our responsibility. If the return is the customer’s responsibility then the costs for the return shipping will be deducted from the refund. The prepaid label will have our return address referenced.
